The dehydrator is an organic sludge apparatus, which uses the concepts of "gravitational filtration" and "compression". A total of 14 rollers consisting of multi-layer discs form the equipment filter. Since all the rollers always rotate during operation, flocculated sludge is difficult to clog, so this dehydrator can be used not only for excess sludge generated during various types of wastewater treatment, but also for oily sludge or DAF foam.

The automatic bar screen (front screen) is an automatic grating with a front grate designed for wastewater filtration. It is completely made of 304 stainless steel. Behind the bars located on the front side of the unit, two or more rakes are moving. Since each tooth of the rake moves between the screen strips, it can remove solid particles even if they get stuck between the screen strips. In addition, the use of a low-power engine allows you to save electricity. The bar net is suitable for use on waterways with different water levels.
